Park Tavern with Craft Beer

DEBC is partnering with Park Tavern to create a special dining experience, pairing exclusive dishes of off-menu food items with DEBC craft beers.  Executive Chef Taylor McCreary and Head Brewer Drew Huerter collaborated to create a full experience that will transform food and beer into a new level of sensory.


1st – Morels Stuffed w/ On Pure Ground Fresh Chevre, House – Cured Pork Belly, Finished w/ Local Honey

2nd –Early Spring Soup made w/ Acorn Squash, Sunchoke, Ramp, Artichoke w/ Ramp Crème Fraiche

3rd – Fried Smelt, Tom’s Arugula w/ Stewed Tomato – Saffron Vinaigrette

4th – Suckling Pig w/ Roasted Baby Veg and Fava Bean.  House-Made Accompaniments: Gherkins, Tomato-Fennel Jam, Tart Cherry Mustard, Shallot Marmalade

5th – Meyer Lemon – Dream Crusher Semifreddo w/ Rosemary
